Regular Registration: $199
Early Bird Registration (until December 1, 2024): $99
Student Registration: $59 (proof of student status required)

Full Waiver for Participants from Low-Income Countries

In support of global academic inclusion, ICCIAI offers a full registration fee waiver for participants from recognized low-income countries. This policy is aligned with international standards to promote access for researchers and practitioners from economically disadvantaged regions. Eligible countries, as defined by global income classifications, include but are not limited to:

Afghanistan, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, North Korea, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Uganda, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe

Participants from these countries are encouraged to apply for the waiver by contacting us for eligibility confirmation and completing a simple application. Complete the registration form available on the ICCIAI website.
Submit your completed registration form by email to 2024icciai@gmail.com.
Payment instructions will be sent to you via email upon receipt of your registration form.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before December 15, 2024, will be eligible for a 70% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued after this date. For any changes to your registration, please contact the registration desk.
