Online Session
The 2024 International Conference on Cultural Integration and Artistic Innovation (ICCIAI) offers an Online Session to accommodate virtual participants from around the world, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all attendees, regardless of location. This session allows participants to present and engage in discussions remotely, fostering a global exchange of ideas and insights in real time.
Session Format
Live Presentations: Presenters will deliver their research and projects live via video conferencing. Each presentation will be followed by a Q&A session, allowing remote attendees to ask questions and provide feedback directly.
Interactive Q&A and Discussion Panels: Attendees can participate in moderated discussions, join breakout rooms for more focused dialogues, and engage in Q&A sessions with presenters and panelists.
Networking Opportunities: Virtual networking rooms will be available during scheduled breaks, providing a platform for attendees to connect, discuss topics of interest, and build professional relationships.
Technical Requirements
Presenters and participants will need a stable internet connection and a device with video and audio capabilities.
A headset or headphones with a microphone is recommended for clear audio.
The conference platform link and login details will be provided one week prior to the session, along with a brief guide for navigating the platform.
Guidelines for Online Presenters
Presentation Timing: Each presenter will have 15 minutes to present, followed by a 5-minute Q&A.
File Submission: Presenters are required to submit their presentation files (PDF or PowerPoint) by December 20, 2024, to ensure a smooth session.
Technical Check: All presenters must attend a mandatory technical rehearsal session to test their setup and familiarize themselves with the platform.
Session Recording
All online presentations will be recorded and made available to registered participants after the conference. This allows attendees to revisit sessions they were unable to attend live and ensures broad access to shared knowledge.
Support and Assistance
The ICCIAI technical team will be available throughout the Online Session to assist with any technical difficulties and ensure that sessions run smoothly.
